This course is designed for braiders who already have a strong foundation and are ready to move into more advanced professional work. At this level, braiding is not only about technique. It is also about planning the shape of the hairstyle, working with added hair, building volume, choosing the right structure for different hair types, and combining multiple techniques in one finished look.
The course begins with advanced braiding fundamentals on natural hair. You will refine hand position, parting accuracy, tension control, and braid placement while practicing Dutch braids, headband braids, fishtail braids, decorative patterns, five-strand braids with feed-ins, heart designs, crossed braid patterns, tribal braids, zigzag partings, straight braid layouts, lace braids, infinity braids, and braid decoration with accessories.
The synthetic hair module expands your technical range. You will learn how to choose hairstyles for different hair structures, mix synthetic hair colors, create smooth ombré transitions, add volume, use gradual and alternative feed-in techniques, cover natural hair with extensions, secure braid ends, and build more complex styles. The lessons include festival braids, waterfall hairstyles, front hairline feed-in braids, side braid designs, micro-braid extensions, accent braids, high ponytails, long braids with extensions, removable ponytails, and Dutch braids with gradual feed-in.
The final module focuses on knotless braids, box braids, Senegalese twists, and boho braids. You will study tools, sectioning, core techniques, different methods of box braids, heat setting, adding curls, care recommendations, wear time, safe removal, and how to protect the natural hair during professional services.
By the end of the course, you will be able to create more advanced braid compositions with added hair, stronger structure, cleaner sectioning, and a more professional finish. You will understand how to combine techniques, build volume, adapt styles to the client’s hair, and create expressive braided looks with confidence.
