About Me

Welcome, braid lover!

I’m Victoria Manh, and I’m so happy you’re here.

Hair has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Like many girls, I grew up dreaming of becoming a hairstylist. I was always drawn to beauty, creativity, and that special moment when hair becomes more than just hair — it becomes a look, a feeling, and a form of self-expression.

In 2007, after three years of professional training, I graduated as a hairstylist. I still remember that my final project was focused on braiding. Even then, braids had a special place in my heart. That moment marked the beginning of my journey in the beauty industry, where I continued to learn, practice, and grow through hands-on salon experience.

Throughout my career, I have always believed that real mastery comes from staying curious and never stopping your education. In 2010, I completed advanced training at the Dolores Academy of Hairdressing Art and earned the qualification of Hair Designer. Later, I continued expanding my expertise in professional color through training at the L’Oréal Academy.

Over the years, I have worked with respected beauty brands, including Schwarzkopf, L’Oréal, Kérastase, and Kevin Murphy. Since 2019, I have also worked with premium Japanese hair care by LebeL, with a focus on deep hair restoration, scalp care, and overall hair health.

I also hold a New York Cosmetology License, and today my work reflects international training, years of hands-on experience, and the professional standards of the U.S. beauty industry.

Over the past five years, I have dedicated myself fully to braiding and premium hair care. This is where I feel most inspired. To me, braiding is more than a technique. It is art, energy, creativity, and emotion.

Everything you find here — my courses, my products, my tutorials, and my knowledge — comes from years of real experience, practice, and love for the craft. I created this space to share not only braiding skills, but also confidence, inspiration, and a deeper understanding of hair.

For me, braiding is not just a profession.

It is my passion.

It is my way of expressing creativity.

And it is something I truly love sharing with you.

Welcome to the world of braiding!
