Terms & Conditions

This Digital Products, Payments, and Refund Policy explains the terms that apply when you purchase online courses, digital lessons, downloadable educational materials, certificates, or other digital products offered through Braiding Hub and braidinghub.com.

By purchasing a digital product from Braiding Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy before completing your payment.

1. Digital Product Format

All online courses and educational materials sold through braidinghub.com are digital products or online educational services. These products are delivered electronically, and no physical item will be shipped.

Access may be provided through an online account, private course area, email link, download link, membership portal, or another electronic access method used by Braiding Hub.

Because digital products are intangible and can be accessed immediately after purchase, they are treated differently from physical retail goods.

2. Payment and Access

When you complete a purchase, you authorize Braiding Hub or its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the full purchase amount shown at checkout.

After a successful payment, access to the purchased digital product may be granted immediately or within the access timeframe described on the product page, checkout page, confirmation email, or course instructions.

Once access to the digital content has been made available, the product is considered delivered and the service is considered provided.

3. Final Sale Policy

All purchases of digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, and electronically delivered educational content are final once payment has been completed and access has been provided.

Because digital content can be viewed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after access is granted, Braiding Hub does not offer refunds, cancellations, charge reversals, credits, or exchanges after delivery of the digital product, except where required by applicable law.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether:

  • The course or digital product has been opened, watched, downloaded, or completed.
  • The student has made progress inside the course or learning platform.
  • The student decides not to continue with the course.
  • The student is dissatisfied with the content after access has been provided.
  • The student did not review the product description, access terms, or checkout information before purchase.

4. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing a digital product from Braiding Hub, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product is digital and intangible.
  • No physical product will be shipped.
  • Access may be provided electronically after payment.
  • The digital product is considered delivered once access is made available.
  • All sales are final after digital access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the course description, product details, access requirements, and this policy before purchasing.

5. Technical Access Issues

If a verified technical issue caused by Braiding Hub temporarily prevents you from accessing a purchased digital product, we may provide reasonable support to restore access or extend the access period when appropriate.

Technical support or access extension may be provided when the issue is caused by our platform, system, or delivery process and can be verified by our team.

Refunds are not provided for technical issues that can be resolved through support or for issues caused by user-side circumstances, including but not limited to internet connection problems, unsupported devices, outdated browsers, incorrect email addresses, forgotten login credentials, failure to follow access instructions, or inability to use third-party software or platforms.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with access to a purchased digital product, please contact Braiding Hub support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback request.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital products may result in suspension of access to the course, account review, or restriction from future purchases, to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment processor rules.

7. Course Access and License of Use

Purchasing a Braiding Hub digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course or educational material for your own learning purposes.

You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, reproduce, upload, publish, teach, license, or commercially reuse Braiding Hub course materials unless you receive written permission from Braiding Hub.

Course videos, text, images, downloads, worksheets, guides, certificates, and other educational materials remain the intellectual property of Braiding Hub or its licensors.

8. Educational Content and Results

Braiding Hub provides skill-based education, tutorials, training materials, and professional learning resources related to braiding, protective styling, and hair care.

Individual results may vary based on the student’s practice, experience level, tools, materials, hair texture, technique, local regulations, and ability to apply the training.

Completion of a course does not guarantee income, employment, clients, professional licensing, business approval, or a specific level of skill mastery.

9. Certificates and Licensing Disclaimer

Braiding Hub may provide private certificates of completion or training confirmation for certain courses. These certificates are intended to recognize participation, course completion, or skill-based training within the Braiding Hub curriculum.

Braiding Hub is not a state-accredited cosmetology school, barbering school, or government licensing agency. Any certificate issued by Braiding Hub is not a government-issued professional license and does not replace any license, permit, registration, exam, apprenticeship, or formal training required by a state, city, country, or licensing board.

Hair braiding, natural hair styling, cosmetology, barbering, and related beauty services may be regulated differently depending on location. Licensing rules can vary by state, city, and country.

It is the student’s sole responsibility to research, understand, and comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws that may apply to professional braiding services, salon work, home-based services, mobile services, business operation, taxation, insurance, sanitation, and client safety.

10. Governing Law

This policy and any related purchase terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another governing law is required by applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable U.S. federal, state, or local law.

11. Policy Updates

Braiding Hub may update this Digital Products, Payments, and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, payment systems, legal requirements, business practices, or customer support procedures.

The most current version of this policy will be posted on this page. Your continued use of braidinghub.com or purchase of digital products after any update means you accept the revised policy.

If you have questions about this policy, your course access, or a technical issue related to a purchased digital product, please contact Braiding Hub support through the contact information provided on this website.
